REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
1. Overview
At V-Asian.com, we sell digital products such as game top-ups, prepaid cards, and reload services (e.g. Touch ‘n Go).
All products are delivered electronically and are considered used once successfully delivered.
2. No Return Policy
In accordance with the nature of digital goods:
- All purchases are final and non-returnable
- We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once the order has been successfully processed and delivered
3. Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), customers are entitled to remedies if goods/services are:

- Not as described

- The digital code/top-up is invalid or cannot be used
- There is a system error or failed transaction
Refunds Will NOT Be Granted IF :
- The order has been successfully delivered
- Incorrect details were provided by the customer (e.g. wrong ID, phone number, game account)
- The product has been used, redeemed, or consumed
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Purchase was made by mistake
4. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all details entered are correct before confirming your purchase.

5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
- Order ID / receipt
- Description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Right to Refuse

- Reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions
- Decline claims suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse
